Health and Weight loss benefits of Apple Cider Vineger

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is fermented juice from crushed apples. Upon fermentation, the sugars in apple is converted to alcohol. With further fermentation, the alcohol is then converted to vineger. This resulting vineger (ACV) contains amino and acetic acids. Apple cider vineger has a very wide range of uses and benefits




Weight loss
The acetic acid present in the ACV acts on the unwanted fats present in the body, thereby resulting in weight loss. Take a tablespoon of ACV in a cup of water 2-3 times daily. you can also add lemon and honey to taste. try this and see tremendous results.


Diabetes
ACV reduces blood glucose levels,it therefore helps to manage diabetes.




Hair
Mix a tablespoon of ACV in cold water. Use mixture to rinse your hair daily for a stronger, frizz free, and healthier hair.


Acne
Mix ACV and water in a ratio of 1:2. Apply on a cotton ball and rub on your face or acne prone areas.








Apple cider vineger can also be used as a bath solution. Add a capful of ACV to your bath daily. The result is a toned and moisturized skin.
